Day 1: Arrival in Baku, Check-in & Old City Sightseeing When you get to Baku International Airport, you\'ll head to your hotel to rest and get your bearings. Later that day, take a stroll through the Old City, also known as Icherisheher, and discover its ancient streets, the famous Maiden Tower, and the local tea culture - it\'s a great way to unwind and get a feel for the place. Overnight in Baku. Day 2: Besh Barmag Sacred Mountain & Journey to Khinalig Head north towards the Greater Caucasus, a really cool mountain range. Our first stop will be Besh Barmag, also known as Five Finger Mountain, which is like a landmark that shows where the Caucasus chain starts in the southeast. We\'ll take a short hike up to the rocky ridge and get amazing views of the Caspian Sea all around us. Then, we\'ll keep going deeper into the mountains to a village called Khinalig, which is one of the highest villages in Europe that people still live in all year round and it\'s also a UNESCO site. Overnight in Khinalig homestay. Day 3: Trekking from Khinalig to Qalaxudat & Gryz Let\'s start our adventure through the mountains, where we\'ll walk through beautiful alpine pastures and take in the breathtaking views. We\'ll pass by the village of Qalaxudat and keep going until we reach Gryz village. This is a great chance to see what life is like in the high mountains and try some delicious homemade food. Overnight in Gryz homestay. Day 4: Ancient Silk Trail Trekking & Gizil Gaya Traverse to Laza Trek along ancient historical paths around the base of the massive Gizil Gaya plateau. Traverse picturesque river valleys and mountain ridges toward the scenic alpine village of Laza, famous for its waterfalls and towering limestone cliffs. Overnight in Laza homestay. Day 5: Hike from Laza to Kuzun & Return to Baku On our last day of hiking, we\'ll make our way through a beautiful mountain valley that links Laza to Kuzun village. Once we\'ve finished the hike, our vehicles will be waiting to take us on a stunning drive back to the capital. Overnight in Baku. Day 6: Natural & Cultural Wonders: Mud Volcanoes, Yanar Dag & Ateshgah Explore Azerbaijan’s unique geological and historic sites. Visit the famous active Mud Volcanoes in Gobustan, followed by the ancient Zoroastrian Fire Temple (Ateshgah) and the natural burning gas cliff of Yanar Dag. Overnight in Baku. Day 7: Leisure & Airport Transfer Spend your last morning in Baku as you like, whether that\'s browsing the shops for some last-minute souvenirs or just taking it easy. Later, you\'ll head to the airport to catch your flight back home.
